This page explains how to delete the data that Sparrowcorp (“we”, “us”) holds about you in connection with our products. Deletion is free, and we confirm completion by email. For details on what data we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
If you connected the Creative Farm app to your Facebook account and want your data removed, you have two options — you can use either or both:
Option 1 — Remove the app in Facebook settings (revokes access immediately):
This immediately revokes Creative Farm’s access to your Facebook account and ad accounts. No new data will be received from Meta after removal.
Option 2 — Email us a deletion request:
Data Deletion Request.We will delete all data associated with your account — including any Platform Data received from Meta (profile information, ad account identifiers, campaign metadata, and performance metrics) — within 30 days and send you a confirmation when deletion is complete.
Data Deletion Request from the email address associated with your account.Account data is deleted within 30 days of the request. Subscription billing is managed by Apple — to stop an active subscription, cancel it in your Apple ID settings (deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription).
After deletion we may retain only what the law requires us to keep (for example, transaction records for tax purposes) and aggregated, non-identifying analytics. Everything else associated with your account is permanently removed.
